At Mohan Jujitsu we recognise that whilst the best way to learn self defence is to study a fully rounded martial art, often an individual may just want to learn the basics of self defence not wishing to make a long term commitment. We therefore offer the opportunity to either enjoy the fun and informative benefits of a six week self defence course or if required bespoke lessons specifically designed for the individual. We also go one step further we have developed a course especially designed for ladies. The techniques take into account size, age and gender and concentrate on Break- a- Way techniques with a small amount of Control and Restraint (C&R).
